A party of rich guests at a mansion in the Hamptons calls for the ultimate in Champagne luxury. Dom Pérignon has long been considered one of the world's finest sparkling wines, and the shield-like shape of their label is rather unmistakable on the bottle in the hands of the caterer. Being the Hamptons, just any Dom will not do - the Rosé is much harder to get and significantly more expensive, and that is clearly what this bottle is supposed to be. The "regular" Dom Pérignon label is gold with black writing, while the rosé is pink with black writing, as pictured in this scene.
Unfortunately, it looks like the USA Network was willing to pony up the cash for real Dom. The foil capsule on the top of Dom Pérignon is dark green, and the foil on the rosé is dark purple. The bottle in this scene clearly has light pink/silver foil. The bottle is a fake made to look like high quality Champagne. Good thing this wasn't a real party in the Hamptons, or the hostess would be laughed out of her home...
