Dr. Claire Saunders (Amy Acker) pouring some white wine that appears to be an Alsatian variety.
In this shocking twist we find out Boyd Langton (Harry Lennix) has been hiding Dr. Saunders (Amy Acker). When he gets home we find she has prepared him a dinner complete with white wine. We don't get a good look at the bottle, but the bottle shape is one most commonly used in Alsace, France for their white wines. This bottle shape is copied and used around the world by wineries making traditional Alsatian wines. We can't know where it's from, but it's likely Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Sylvaner or Gewurztraminer (all white wines).
