Welcome to the Food and Wine Pairing search engine. We have a continually expanding database of recipes submitted by people just like you, and wines paired with them by Mike Supple.
The database is meant to be used as both a guide for pairing wines with food you're already making, and as a resource for you to make some great new dishes and enjoy fantastic wines with them.
We have set it up so you can search by wine or by ingredient. Having steak tonight and want to know what to drink? Search for steak. Just picked up a bottle of Sylvaner from the store and need to figure out what to cook with it? Search Sylvaner.
You can also search for more esoteric things to help pinpoint your choices. Maybe you're having chicken and you normally pair it with Pinot Grigio, but the recipe calls for chili powder, and you're not sure how that will affect your wine. Search for chicken and chili to see what we've got!
