Stephen F. Austin and 2007 Saddleback Cellars Pinot Blanc

Stephen F. Austin breakdown - We don't know much about the SFA Lumberjacks, but we're sure their four seniors will be eager to put up a good showing in the school's first tournament appearance. 6'9" center Matt Kingsley will likely be the toughest matchup for Syracuse, but it's unlikely he'll strike much fear in the hearts of the Orange coming off their win against a big, physical team like UConn.

2007 Saddleback Cellars Pinot Blanc - Outside California, Saddleback Cellars is largely unknown, which is a travesty. This is a perfect Spring white that is great for sipping before or during a meal. Pinot Blanc is not known for brute force, but rather floral, restrained elegance. This is a perfect wine to start with when you're bored of the same-old and want to explore new grapes and new wineries. Plus there's horses on the label, and everyone knows Texans love horses.
