Marquette and 2006 Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon

Marquette breakdown - A 12 and 6 record in the Big East is an impressive feat this year, but it was tough to swallow for Marquette considering that they entered the final week and a half of the season sitting pretty at 12 and 2. Jerel McNeal, Wesley Matthews and Lazar Hayward are all big time scorers, but the big question for Marquette will be whether they can win without Dominic James. A point guard is a difficult thing to replace (just ask UNC) and James' 5 assists per game were sorely missed in those last four losses, all without James in the lineup. He won't be back, so the Golden Eagles will have to hope Maurice Acker can get the job done.

2006 Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon - The name of this wine is a reference to the fact that despite all the science involved wine makers really do a lot of guessing as to when the grapes are ready to pick, how long they should ferment, and various other decisions. Coach Buzz Williams hopefully made an educated guess replacing James with Acker, and your guess is as good as ours whether or not it will work.
