Gonzaga and 2006 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon

Gonzaga breakdown - After an up and down season, Gonzaga enters the tournament on a nine game winning streak and seems to be peaking at the right time. The Bulldogs were extremely impressive in a lopsided conference tournament victory over St. Mary's that was perhaps the biggest reason St. Mary's will be watching this year's tournament from the sidelines. Gonzaga's defense is impressive, but perhaps their biggest asset is the poise of junior guard Matt Bouldin. With Bouldin controlling the tempo, look for the rest of Gonzaga's talent to light it up on the inside with Josh Heytvelt and outside with Austin Daye, Micah Downs, et al. Anything short of a deep tournament run will be a disappointment.

2006 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon - A solid blue chip wine that performs above expectations just about every year. Powerful and dominating just like the Zags. If you didn't go to Gonzaga though, don't bother trying to buy this one. It's really expensive. [Gonzaga is a private school.]
