Thoughts: A beefy little wine that delivers quite a lot of bang for the buck. Fresh and fruity with a touch of spicy floral notes wrapping around a core of intense dark fruit and a hint of iron minerality. While impressively powerful, it is not overbearing. The fruit and acid stand out, but the tannins take a back seat, making this a wine that will pair with many foods, but is also great for casual sipping with friends.
