Thoughts: Napa is not a region known for value, but every once in a while one squeaks under the radar. This is everything you'd expect from a Napa Cab: bold, fruity, juicy and lightly oaky with just the right amount of tannin to give it body without making it hurt to drink. The fruity characteristics make this a great wine to drink while sitting in your backyard on a summer night. Goes well with many summer foods from simple burgers to ribs, barbecued chicken, bratwurst, hot wings or a thick t-bone steak.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. In the United States wines only need 85% of a single grape to be listed as that varietal on the label.
