Thoughts: A perfect wine to kick off the beginning of Spring. Fresh, crisp and easy to drink. The perfect cocktail wine for a Thursday evening or just hanging out in the back yard while playing fetch with the dog on a Saturday afternoon. Also a perfect accompaniment to crab or oysters. Sylvaner is one of the classic grapes of Alsace that is unfortunately being replaced in many areas by the more popular Riesling grape.
