Straw yellow with small, delicate bubbles. Very toasty, yeasty, bready aromas around light golden apple, a touch of caramelized pear and raw honey. Dry entry on the palate with silky bubbles. Crisp apple and pear surround honeyed biscuit. Medium bodied with a nice citrus zest finish.

Bright ruby red all the way to the rim. Candied cherry cobbler, touch of vanilla. Bright sour cherry fruit with a touch of minerality. Medium+ acidity. Light to medium body. Sour cherry finish. Not overly complex, but refreshing and dry. Great summer aperitif and would pair well with with any salad with cheese and balsamic. Pickled vegetables (hearts of palm), creamy dill. Spinach, basil, strawberries, balsamic.

Made out of cherries. A fun wine to throw in the mix and confuse everyone.
