Bright ruby color with thick, frothy pink bubbles. Spicy, fruity nose with some nice earth and game notes. Sweet red fruit (cherry, raspberry) on the front palate. Tons of tiny bubbles fill the mouth, making it fresh and invigorating. Lingering candied strawberries on the finish. A blend of 70% Malbec (rare for Australia) and 30% Shiraz.
Instead of a cork, they have decided to use a crown cap (think beer bottle). This keeps the wine fresh and full of bubbles while reducing any chance of flaws caused by the cork. Bubbles in red wines fade quickly (from the tannins) so chill this wine down and enjoy it with several friends. Great before a meal, and goes really well with turkey.

Very dark inky purple core with a brighter purple and fuchsia rim. Dark rich fruit aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum surrounded by milk chocolate, dried leather, wet clay and a hint of coffee. Much lighter on its feet in the mouth, with fresh, juicy red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry. Great acidity makes this a fantastic food wine. Dark chocolate, coffee and hints of earth linger on the finish. Medium to full bodied with ripe, approachable tannins.

Inky purple core with a bright fuchsia rim. Rich aromas of caramel, wet stone, crush pink peppermint candy, blackberry, plum chocolate and spicy oak. Very juicy in the mouth with a lot of good acidity supporting the rich fruits. Cherry and blackberry are supported by darker streaks of baker’s chocolate and roasted coffee beans. The flavors linger for a while on the finish with notes of sweet blueberries and dark chocolate.
Finding a wine with this complexity and balance at around $10 is rare, and this one hits the ball out of the park. This is a wine that any red wine drinker would like. It combines the power and fruit of a bold Cabernet with the acid of a Chianti and the elegance of a good Pinot Noir. Great by itself or with a variety of foods from cheeses to pastas to grilled veggies, chicken, sausage or steak. You can pop the cork and drink it right now, but it should hold up and show well for another 2 - 3 years no problem.

Inky black core with a bright fuchsia rim. Thick fruit aromas swarm out of
the glass bringing ripe blackberry and blueberry all surrounded by a dark
note of caramel and wisp of crushed violets. Very juicy on the front palate.
Dark and lush with fresh acidity keeping it light on its feet and making it
a great wine for food. The dark fruits are backed by roasted coffee and
bakers’ chocolate leading to a long, fruity finish. 85% Malbec, 15% Merlot.
