Pale lemon yellow. Very toasty aromas over the bright fruit. A touch of fresh herbal notes on the front of the palate. Rich fruit flavors with a nice stony backbone. Good acid.

Medium lemon yellow. Big toasty aromas over tight, somewhat muted fruit, leading to big vanilla scents. Much more open in the palate. Very spicy with big citrus flavors. Full, rich and toasty. Great little bubbles.
